Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was simply amazing. The rooms were immaculate and had all the essentials I needed, from a tea kettle to utensils. The staff was incredibly helpful, always going above and beyond to assist me with any questions I had. The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to the gondola and just a short walk to the city center. The dining experience was lovely, especially enjoying the local focaccia bread. Overall, a delightful stay with excellent service and amenities.
The hotel is situated close to the town center, making it accessible for exploring Queenstown on foot. The rooms, although slightly overcrowded and in need of maintenance, provided a cozy and comfortable stay. The service was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The location, just outside the bustling area of Queenstown but within walking distance of attractions, offers a good balance. The dining experience was satisfactory, not the best value for money. The hotel lacks in facilities but is set up to cater to guests with disabilities.
The hotel is in a convenient location, just a short walk from downtown with easy access to shops and restaurants. The rooms were modern, clean, and had all the amenities we needed, with a nice, firm bed and plenty of pillows and blankets. The service was outstanding, with great staff who made check-in and check-out a breeze. However, the dining experience wasn't the best value for money, as the traditional shabu-shabu offered was a bit overpriced. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly service.
The hotel had clean, comfortable rooms and terrific, helpful staff. The location was perfect for exploring Queenstown, but the dining experience was a bit disappointing in terms of value for money. Overall, a great stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel provided a snug stay with great amenities in a convenient location. The rooms were toasty and fulfilled our need for a quiet sleep, but might feel a bit cramped for larger guests with luggage. Free parking, lovely views, and helpful service made our stay pleasant.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room, equipped with a functional kitchen, separate bathroom, and onsite laundry for late-night clothes management, was comfortable and well-equipped but slightly small and dark due to a tiny window. The service was exceptional, with the staff being exceptionally helpful and providing tons of insider information about Queenstown. The location was convenient and close to downtown, offering a nice area to explore, but it was also right next to the school oval. The dining experience, although provided, wasn't the best value for money. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
